We are looking for experienced Product Managers, who enjoy a fast paced environment with challenging projects in terms of scope and deliverables. If you are looking an opportunity to work with blue-chip online merchants with ambitious business goals or innovative start-ups working on bleeding edge technologies in the San Francisco / Bay Area, then First Retail would like to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
*Product Manager will own products or product features through their complete lifecycle, from inception to delivery and launch.
* Proactively work with business users at all levels to establish development priorities.
* Quickly integrate feedback and research from existing customers and focus groups to steer new features and products.
* Work closely with Engineers and Architects to produce quick product iterations that can be delivered to a high degree of quality.
* Work with third party vendors to determine which features should be implemented and map out the integration points, specifying both standard and custom features.
* Excellent oral and written communicator, able to develop and sell product features, functions and roadmaps.
* Develop business requirements and champion initiatives all stakeholders. Have created business cases for additional resources.
* Good technical skills with a good understanding of engineering and QA constraints and how true scalability can be achieved.
* Cross functional skill to work across sales, engineering, operations and marketing.
* Ability to hit the ground running in any product situation and quickly take charge.
* Strategic thinker, but able to work the detail on User Experience, Technology and Business Benefits.
