Sage Consulting Associates is looking for a Group Product Manager for a leading software provider in Mountain View, CA. This individual will be responsible for leading the Online Software Program team to help transform this shrink-wrapped software company into a leading provider of web-based applications and solutions.
Responsibilities Include
•Define end-to-end offering strategy and drive execution to deliver customer delight and long-term growth in close partnership with cross-functional partners.
•Manage, develop/coach and inspire a team of product managers in alignment with company strategy and Company Operating Values.
•Identify and prioritize new opportunities to grow the business.
•Develop and drive deep understanding of customer and competitive landscape throughout the team and organization.
•Become an evangelist for the Online Software Program across entire company as well as in the external market.
Skills Required
•10+ years Product Management experience at an Internet company focused on providing products and services to consumers or small businesses.
•Excellent business acumen with a deep experience of analyzing/leveraging data to inform decisions and action plans.
•Demonstrated leadership in driving the offering strategy and product roadmap based on solving important customer problems.
•Must have experience leading a team of product managers and have exceptional cross-functional and cross-org collaboration skills.
•Be a superb communicator with the ability to influence top executives and peers alike.
•Must be an action-oriented and creative problem solver with a passion for identifying and delivering solutions to customers’ problems.
Skills Preferred
•Management consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm.
•MBA preferred.
